Knife Buying Policy

The buyer represents that he or she is over the age of 18 and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. Derelict Knives does not sell knives to those under 18 years of age.

Derelict Knives assumes no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased.

We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.

All sales are final.

Guarantee

All products made by Derelict Knives are one-of-a-kind, custom, handmade pieces. We pride ourselves on the quality of or work and proudly guarantee all products for a lifetime of intended use. We cannot be responsible for the misuse or accidental damage of our products and reserve the right to refuse compensation for any product we deem to be used for a manner other than intended, however if any issues or faults arrive from manufacturing please contact us and we'll be more than happy to replace or repair any failures or faults. Return Policy
